As a SAP WFS Consultant, you will be instrumental in:

- Analyzing and gathering intricate business requirements for compensation and rewards. - Configuring and deploying SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules. - Architecting annual compensation review cycles, encompassing merit, promotions, adjustments, and bonus planning. - Defining compensation worksheets, guidelines, budgets, eligibility rules, and planner permissions. - Developing and maintaining compensation templates, route maps, and workflows. - Configuring Variable Pay plans, including bonus calculations and payout formulas. - Collaborating with HR and Compensation teams to refine salary structures and compensation strategies. - Ensuring seamless integration between Compensation, Employee Central, Performance Management, and Payroll modules. - Leading system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production deployment.

We are seeking candidates with:

- A minimum of 6 to 10 years of direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay. - Proven success in at least one full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation. - A deep understanding of compensation and rewards best practices. - Exceptional communication abilities and strong stakeholder management skills.
