This SAP Service Parts Planning Consultant will be instrumental in configuring and designing SAP APO-SPP or S/4HANA eSPP to manage intricate demand patterns, forecasting, and inventory.

You will be responsible for analyzing demand data using predictive algorithms for accurate forecasting, especially for low-volume parts. Additionally, you will optimize inventory through stocking decisions, safety stock calculations, and EOQ. The role involves managing supply planning, deployment of parts across distribution centers, and planning purchase requisitions and stock transfers.

Key responsibilities also include ensuring seamless integration between SPP and SAP SD, MM, and EWM modules. You will actively participate in end-to-end implementation projects, covering testing, training, troubleshooting, and go-live support. Flexibility to work in different shifts and potentially weekends for urgent business needs is required.

Candidates must possess significant experience, typically 7+ years, in implementing and supporting SAP SPP. A strong understanding of SAP APO-SPP or S/4HANA extended Service Parts Planning is essential.

This role requires a solid grasp of the aftermarket supply chain, spare parts distribution networks, and BOM management. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM or other SCM systems is also a key requirement.

While not mandatory, excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and issue resolution skills are highly valued. Consulting abilities to gather requirements and participate in design discussions will be advantageous. Availability for the required schedule of Monday-Friday (05.30am to 05.30 pm PST) is necessary, with potential for shift changes and weekend work based on client needs.
