Join our Identity Management team to integrate corporate IdP with SAP Cloud Identity Services – Identity Authentication (IAS). You will configure and validate authentication/SSO flows. Additionally, our GRC team requires assistance in resolving user synchronization and IPS provisioning errors, ensuring successful Activate IAS completion.

This role demands flexibility to work in multiple shifts (6 AM to 2 PM, 2 PM to 10 PM, or 10 PM to 6 AM) based on project needs. Strong communication skills are essential for direct client interaction and requirement gathering. You will handle diverse SAP GRC and SAP Security issues, leveraging experience across multiple modules.

The ideal candidate will provide end-user support, translate needs into test plans, and participate in application implementations. You'll run reports, assist with training material creation, and interact with both internal and external clients. Developing customized queries and reports, analyzing business needs, and documenting requirements with minimal guidance are key responsibilities.

A SAP Security Consultant with at least 2 GRC implementation experiences is required. You must be adaptable to working in various shifts. A minimum of 6 years of experience in the implementation and support of the Security module is necessary.

An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is expected. You should possess knowledge of system development methodology, project management, and system architecture, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated skills in considering IT and business challenges, influencing, and effective communication are vital. The ability to bridge the gap between non-technical business users and technical IT resources, along with a strong client service attitude, is paramount. Excellent organizational and time management skills are also required. Direct interaction with US-based clients for requirements is a core part of this role.
