Seeking an experienced SAP Security and GRC professional to join our Identity Management (IM) team. This role involves integrating corporate IdP with SAP Cloud Identity Services – Identity Authentication (IAS), configuring and validating authentication/SSO flows. The GRC team will address user synchronization and provisioning errors. The consultant must be adaptable to multiple shifts (6 AM - 2 PM, 2 PM - 10 PM, 10 PM - 6 AM) and possess strong communication skills for client interaction.

The position requires a proven ability to handle SAP GRC and SAP Security issues across multiple modules. Excellent communication and client-facing skills are essential, along with the flexibility to work varied shifts based on project demands.

This role offers an opportunity to support a specific application, translate user needs into test plans, and gain in-depth application knowledge. You will participate in implementations, test end-user processes, and generate reports for client inquiries.

Provide end-user support for SAP applications, developing test plans and understanding customer requirements.

Participate in application implementations and rigorously test end-user processes.

Generate reports to address client inquiries and assist in creating training materials for end-users.

Collaborate with internal and external clients to provide necessary information and develop customized queries and reports.

Analyze business and user needs, documenting requirements with minimal supervision.

Log and track issues with external product vendors or support organizations.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 SAP GRC implementations and 6+ years in Security module implementation and support.

Requires an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial.

Must possess strong influencing and communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between non-technical business users and IT resources. A strong client service attitude and proficiency in organizational and time management are key.

Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (6 AM-2 PM, 2 PM-10 PM, 10 PM-6 AM) and the ability to interact directly with US clients are essential. Must be comfortable with potential significant travel, including overnight domestic or international trips.
