NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled SAP Security GRC Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining secure SAP environments, particularly within S/4HANA and related systems.

As a key contributor, you will ensure that user access, roles, and authorizations are meticulously aligned with business processes, compliance regulations, and audit mandates. Design and implement comprehensive SAP S/4HANA security architecture, including roles, profiles, and authorizations. Manage user roles across diverse SAP landscapes such as ECC, Fiori, GRC, BW, and HANA.

Conduct workshops with business process owners to map access requirements and perform role design. Execute periodic user access reviews and compliance audits for SOX, GDPR, and other relevant standards.

Implement and maintain Fiori catalog, group, and role assignments. Troubleshoot authorization issues by analyzing SU53 logs, ST01 traces, and security dumps. Integrate SAP S/4HANA Security with SAP GRC Access Control for enhanced risk and compliance management.

Support system migrations and upgrades through diligent validation of roles and security testing. Ensure strict adherence to segregation of duties (SoD) principles and effectively remediate identified conflicts. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for security policies, processes, and configurations.

A strong foundation in SAP authorization concepts (PFCG, SU24, SU53, SUIM) is essential. Demonstrable deep experience with SAP S/4HANA Security, Fiori, and HANA database security is required.

Proficiency in SAP GRC Access Control, including ARM, ARA, BRM, and EAM modules, is crucial. Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations is expected. Excellent communication and documentation skills are necessary for effective collaboration with auditors and stakeholders.

Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Candidates should have 5–8 years of SAP Security experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in S/4HANA environments. An SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP System Security and Authorizations certification is preferred. Experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services and SAP BTP Security is considered an advantage.
