We are seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring robust security and governance frameworks within SAP environments.

This role involves implementing and supporting SAP GRC solutions, specifically version 10 and above. You will configure and manage SAP ECC & S/4HANA security, including roles and authorization matrices across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, and integrated non-SAP applications.

Key responsibilities include conducting requirements gathering, business analysis, and fit/gap analyses. You will also be involved in system testing, documentation (FDD/TDD), and providing end-user training. Additionally, you will create techno-functional specifications, collaborate with development teams, and perform troubleshooting to resolve issues effectively. Experience in validated SAP environments, adhering to FDA guidelines, is essential.

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 2 years of SAP GRC implementation experience and at least 1 year in SAP ECC & S/4HANA Security. A proven track record of over 5 years in SAP GRC (standalone & embedded) is required, demonstrating expertise in implementation, support, and rollout projects.

Expert knowledge in designing and configuring roles, establishing security matrices, and integrating with Fiori and non-SAP applications is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to understand business processes from a customer's perspective, possess strong analytical skills, and work effectively in a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with adaptability and resourcefulness, are expected.
