This role involves acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP GRC Access Control and SAP Security Governance, leading implementations and enhancements across diverse SAP landscapes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, auditors, and functional teams to build robust access governance and compliance frameworks.

Key responsibilities include driving Segregation of Duties (SoD), access risk management, emergency access management, and user provisioning initiatives. You will ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to security policies. The role also supports security requirements for SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, and SAP Cloud applications.

Core duties involve implementing and supporting SAP GRC Access Control modules (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM), configuring risk rulesets, and performing SoD analysis. You will manage access provisioning workflows, support user access reviews, and develop compliance reports. Additionally, you will contribute to the design and maintenance of SAP security roles and authorizations, ensuring effective governance of the user access lifecycle.

We are seeking professionals with 6-12 years of SAP Security and GRC experience, demonstrating strong hands-on expertise in SAP GRC Access Control modules. Essential knowledge includes Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts, risk remediation, and SAP Security & Authorization administration.

Candidates should have practical experience with Role Design, User Administration, Firefighter ID Management, Access Reviews, and Compliance Reporting. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Security and Fiori Security is crucial, alongside a solid understanding of RBAC methodologies and a strong grasp of audit, compliance, and risk management practices. Experience with SAP GRC Process Control, SAP BTP Security, and cloud identity solutions is preferred.
