As a consultant, you will be responsible for managing SAP GRC and SAP Security issues, requiring a broad understanding across multiple modules. The position necessitates excellent communication skills for direct client interaction and requires flexibility to work in various shifts, including early morning, afternoon, or night shifts, as project demands dictate.

- Provide end-user support for SAP applications, developing test plans and learning about customer needs. - Participate in application implementations and test end-user processes. - Generate reports in response to client inquiries. - Assist in creating presentations and training materials for end-users. - Interact with internal and external clients to provide information and gather requirements. - Develop customized queries and reports using basic table matrices. - Analyze business needs and document requirements with minimal senior guidance. - Log and track issues with external product vendors or support organizations.

We are looking for a SAP Security Consultant with a minimum of two SAP GRC implementations and a solid background in the implementation and support of the Security module, totaling at least six years of experience. Strong communication skills are essential for directly interacting with US clients to understand and address their requirements.

Candidates should possess knowledge of system development methodologies, project management, and system architecture, coupled with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities. The role requires the capacity to understand both IT and business challenges, solid influencing skills, and the ability to bridge communication between non-technical business users and technical IT teams. A strong client service orientation, along with excellent organizational and time management skills, is also crucial.

An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required. The position may involve significant travel, including overnight domestic or international trips.
