This role involves flexible work hours, requiring a willingness to adapt to different shifts (6 AM - 2 PM, 2 PM - 10 PM, or 10 PM - 6 AM IST) based on project demands. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with clients and team members.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer-reported issues and project requirements, providing detailed impact analyses and feasibility assessments for SAP-based solutions.

You will create functional specifications for support tickets, enhancements, and projects, along with performing solution configurations within the SAP SD module. This also involves creating specifications for ABAP developments, conducting unit and integration testing, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Furthermore, you will perform root cause analysis, documentation, and training. You will also act as a SAP thought leader, recommending improvements and consulting services to clients.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 8 years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years in support roles.

Key technical skills include strong knowledge of pricing, ATP checks functionalities, EDI, and SAP interface processing techniques. Proficiency in SAP MM Procurement, Inventory Management, and Subcontracting processes is also required, alongside in-depth knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution configurations.

Candidates must possess extensive experience with After Market business processes, including Service, Warranty processing, and Dealer Management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, are essential. The ability to lead a team of consultants is highly valued.
