Lead and support SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) implementation, rollout, and support projects, ensuring successful delivery.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into comprehensive functional specifications.

Configure and customize SAP SD modules, focusing on the Order-to-Cash cycle including pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.

Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams such as MM, FI, and WM to ensure smooth integration and effective issue resolution.

Provide essential production support, proactively troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements in business processes.

Possess over 9 years of experience in SAP SD, with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash processes.

Demonstrate hands-on experience configuring critical SAP SD elements like pricing, billing, outputs, partner determination, and delivery processing.

Experience with S/4HANA implementations or migrations is highly advantageous.

Maintain a strong understanding of integration points with MM, FI, and other relevant SAP modules.

Exhibit excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and adept stakeholder management.
