As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee end-to-end business processes within your functional area, particularly in SAP. This includes ensuring timely resolution of production incidents, leading restoration efforts, and conducting root cause analysis for critical issues. You will collaborate with product managers and business representatives to define roadmaps, assess technical viability of proposed solutions, and coordinate delivery with vendor teams. Managing service performance, incident backlog, and demand planning for service requests are also key aspects of this role.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 12 years in SAP IT and 10 years in IT Project Management. Deep functional experience in SAP SD, E-invoicing, Variant Configuration, Pricing, SAP BTP, and Finance (FI) modules is essential. Proven experience in resource-related or order-related billing, managing complex application landscapes, and a strong understanding of ITILv3 are also critical. Excellent stakeholder and team management skills, with the ability to lead virtual, cross-cultural teams, are highly valued.
