Key responsibilities include meticulously analyzing customer-reported issues and project requirements, providing accurate estimates and feasibility assessments for SAP-based solutions. You will develop comprehensive functional specifications for support tickets, enhancements, and projects.

Your role will involve configuring the SAP SD module, creating specifications for ABAP developments, and performing thorough unit and integration testing. You will also coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct root cause and impact analyses.

Furthermore, you will document processes and provide training, while offering SAP thought leadership to recommend improvements and consulting services. This position requires you to work within specific shift timings.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 8 years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years focused on support.

Essential skills include a strong command of pricing, ATP checks, EDI, and SAP interface processing techniques. Proficiency in SAP MM Procurement, Inventory Management, and Subcontracting processes is also crucial.

In-depth knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution configurations and After Market business processes, encompassing Service, Warranty Processing, and Dealer Management, is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to lead a team, are vital. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are a must.
