As a Senior SAP SD Consultant, you will be instrumental in analyzing customer issues, developing SAP-based solutions, and ensuring the smooth functioning of SAP SD modules. Your expertise will drive client success and contribute to positive societal impact through responsible innovation.

Key responsibilities include analyzing customer-reported issues and project requirements, providing estimates and impact analyses for SAP solutions, and creating detailed functional specifications. You will perform solution configurations within the SAP SD module, define specifications for ABAP developments, and conduct various levels of testing including unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Additionally, you will be responsible for root cause and impact analysis, developing documentation, and delivering training. This role also involves providing SAP thought leadership, recommending process improvements, and offering expert consulting services to clients.

We require a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years in a support capacity. Essential skills include strong knowledge of pricing, ATP checks, EDI, and SAP interface processing. Proficiency in SAP MM Procurement, Inventory Management, and Subcontracting processes, along with SAP Logistics Execution configurations, is crucial.

In-depth understanding of After Market business processes, such as Service, Warranty, and Dealer Management, is expected. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead a team, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility with shift timings, including night shifts, is a necessity for this position.
