Drive SAP S/4HANA transformations as an SAP SD Lead, specializing in Order-to-Cash processes. This role involves leading the SAP SD workstream for complex S/4HANA projects, ensuring alignment with SAP Best Practices and optimizing business processes. You will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and validating robust SAP S/4HANA SD solutions, from sales orders to billing.

Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and middleware. Your expertise will be crucial in data migration, comprehensive testing phases, and successful cutover activities. Provide critical hypercare and post-go-live support, acting as the primary escalation point for SAP SD during critical go-live periods. Uphold project standards and mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.

Lead the SAP SD workstream for S/4HANA transformation projects, including Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.

Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and drive business process redesign aligned with SAP Best Practices.

Provide strategic guidance on S/4HANA SD capabilities, focusing on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Design, configure, and validate SAP S/4HANA SD solutions, covering sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management.

Ensure solutions leverage S/4HANA simplifications, embedded analytics, and Fiori apps.

Collaborate with MM, FI, CO, EWM, TM, PP, and CRM teams for end-to-end process integration.

Support master data harmonization and interface design validation with ABAP and middleware teams.

Contribute SD expertise to data migration efforts for sales orders, contracts, and customer data.

Lead and support unit testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing for SD processes, ensuring defect resolution.

Plan and execute SD cutover activities, providing hypercare and post-go-live support to minimize business disruption.

Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and project standards, reviewing solution designs and specifications.

Mentor SD consultants and support knowledge transfer.

A minimum of 10 years of SAP SD experience is required, including at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. Strong knowledge of SAP ECC to S/4HANA SD differences and simplifications is essential.

Hands-on experience with S/4HANA SD configuration is a must. You should also be proficient with SAP Fiori apps for SD, Embedded Analytics, FSCM Credit Management, and Output Management (BRF+).

Familiarity with the RICEFW impact in S/4HANA is expected. Proven experience leading SAP SD teams in large transformation programs, coupled with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, is crucial for success in this role.

Candidates with SAP S/4HANA certification, experience in SAP Activate methodology, or industry experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, or Automotive will be highly regarded. Exposure to SAP Central Finance, TM, or EWM is also an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills are vital.
