You will lead global SAP transformation, implementation, and application management initiatives. Lead SAP project delivery using Agile, Scrum, and hybrid approaches. Oversee multiple SAP workstreams, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, quality, and timelines. Act as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead for SAP transformation programs. Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to define and prioritize requirements. Manage release planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and governance. Monitor project KPIs, resource utilization, sprint velocity, and delivery performance. Lead global teams, vendors, and system integrators. Drive continuous improvement, Agile best practices, and organizational change management.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required. You should possess 8+ years of SAP consulting and project delivery experience, with at least 4 years focused on leading SAP programs, projects, or Agile delivery teams. A solid understanding of SAP landscapes including S/4HANA, ERP, and enterprise integrations is essential. Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or Lean is necessary. Proven stakeholder management and executive communication skills are crucial. Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master) and experience with SAP Activate methodology are highly valued. Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools is required, alongside strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning. Experience managing large-scale global transformation programs is expected.
