The Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Manager SAP SAC Planning / EPM Consultant to spearhead end-to-end planning implementations and drive critical finance transformation initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in complex, client-facing EPM projects, utilizing cutting-edge SAP SAC, BPC, and emerging AI technologies like SAP Joule.

Lead comprehensive SAP SAC Planning implementations from initial requirement gathering through solution design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Design and construct robust SAC Planning models and dimensions, including public and private dimensions with associated attributes and hierarchies.

Develop sophisticated Data Actions, Multi-Actions, and Allocation processes to enable driver-based planning and enhance automation. Configure planning workflows, version management, and data locking mechanisms to ensure governed planning cycles.

Design and develop engaging SAC Stories, Unified Stories, and Digital Boardrooms for impactful executive and operational reporting. Build optimized stories leveraging advanced scripting for complex planning and analysis use cases. Ensure expert configuration of SAC security settings.

A minimum of 3-7 years of dedicated experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning solutions is essential.

Possess 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP HANA Modelling or SAP Datasphere and SAP BW implementations, including designing and developing SAP HANA Calculation Views to support SAC Planning and Reporting. Perform data modelling, transformations, and performance optimization within SAP Datasphere, collaborating closely with SAC planning teams to ensure optimal data structures.

Exhibit excellent communication skills, articulating ideas effectively in both technical and business-friendly language. Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and facilitation abilities, coupled with a highly process-oriented and structured approach to solution design. The capacity to work independently and lead complex engagements, along with a strong documentation and knowledge-sharing mindset, is crucial for success.
