This role focuses on optimizing financial closing processes using SAP AFC, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and accuracy across multiple systems. You will leverage your expertise in SAP S/4HANA and AFC to drive improvements and support our financial operations.

Key responsibilities include configuring and managing closing task lists, workflows, and dependencies within SAP AFC. You will oversee the execution and monitoring of automated and manual closing tasks, proactively identifying and resolving system-related issues.

Further duties involve optimizing AFC system processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. This role also requires collaborating effectively with finance users and IT teams, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and providing essential training and support to users on AFC functionalities. Staying updated with the latest SAP AFC features and best practices is crucial.

We seek candidates with 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 2-3 years specifically in managing and optimizing financial closing processes with SAP AFC. A strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA finance modules like General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable is essential.

Proficiency in SAP Advanced Financial Closing (AFC) configuration, task management, and monitoring is required, alongside knowledge of month-end and year-end close procedures. Experience with SAP Fiori and robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are necessary. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is also highly valued.
