As the SAP S/4HANA Test Lead, you will oversee the complete test management lifecycle, including detailed planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Responsibilities include configuring and managing SAP Cloud ALM for test repositories, plans, and defect tracking. You will develop robust test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases for end-to-end business processes, emphasizing risk-based and requirements-driven approaches.

Furthermore, you will implement and expand Tricentis Tosca test automation frameworks, identify automation opportunities, and manage various testing phases like SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing. Ensuring traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects is crucial. You will collaborate with stakeholders to resolve defects, develop testing metrics, and provide guidance on SAP Cloud ALM and Tosca best practices.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 5 years in SAP testing and quality management is essential, coupled with hands-on experience in SAP Cloud ALM Test Management and Tricentis Tosca Test Automation. Experience leading testing for SAP projects, including ERP and S/4HANA modules, is vital.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of SDLC and SAP Activate methodology, along with experience in defect management and managing test execution across multiple project phases. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are mandatory. Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, SAP Cloud ALM or Tricentis Tosca certification, and knowledge of GxP practices.
