Join NTT DATA as a senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Solution Architect / FICO Lead. This pivotal role involves serving as the central solution authority for SAP Finance, guiding clients through transformative projects. You will leverage deep expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling to lead assessments, advisory services, implementations, and optimization programs.

This client-facing position requires collaboration with CFOs, finance leaders, and enterprise architects. The ideal candidate will translate complex business needs into scalable SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, adhering to clean-core principles and standard functionality. You'll operate across business process advisory, solution design, delivery governance, and presales support, driving innovation and client success.

Lead end-to-end SAP Finance solution strategy and architecture for S/4HANA transformations, including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition programs. Drive detailed design for core Finance capabilities such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Financial Close, and reporting. Provide architecture oversight for Controlling, ensuring seamless integration.

Engage directly with finance executives to understand challenges and define future-state processes. Develop finance transformation roadmaps and advise on operating models and governance. Assess S/4HANA simplifications and guide data migration strategies. Coordinate closely with other SAP modules and cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive financial integration.

Act as the primary SME for complex design and integration issues. Mentor finance consultants and develop reusable architecture principles and leading practices. Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and executive presentations, fostering practice growth and leadership.

Requires 20+ years of SAP experience with profound functional, advisory, and solution architecture expertise in SAP Finance. Proven hands-on experience with core SAP Finance modules and deep understanding of S/4HANA Finance architecture, including Universal Journal and Business Partner.

Must have led at least 3-5 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformations or implementations in a senior Finance Solution Architect or Lead role. Significant experience designing Finance solutions across multiple legal entities, currencies, and countries is essential. Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial controls, and regulatory requirements is expected.

Possess strong working knowledge of SAP Controlling and its integration with Finance. Experience in manufacturing industries is mandatory, with additional experience in other sectors being a plus. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are critical for this client-facing leadership role.
