Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA WM/EWM implementations and configurations. Analyze complex warehouse processes, identifying areas for enhancement and translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA WM functionalities, including movements, putaway/picking strategies, and unit management. Ensure seamless integration of SAP WM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM, IM) and external systems (TMS, RF scanning). Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (unit, integration, regression, UAT) to guarantee data accuracy and system reliability. Provide expert support, troubleshooting functional issues and adhering to IT Service Management best practices. Act as a subject matter expert, delivering training and guidance on SAP WM functionalities and best practices to business users. Collaborate with technical teams on development needs and enhancements. Stay updated with SAP WM advancements, including SAP EWM, and recommend relevant solutions. Adhere to GxP and IT QMS standards, ensuring the highest quality in process design and documentation.

A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a senior SAP WM/EWM consultant role is required. Proven experience with end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations is essential. Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP WM/EWM/MM features and functionalities is mandatory. Hands-on experience with advanced EWM capabilities such as inbound/outbound processing, inventory management, and production integration is expected. Strong understanding of SAP module integration, including QM, PP, TM, and MFS, is necessary. Expertise in Fiori and mobile solutions within LE/WM and EWM areas is required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is typically expected. S/4 HANA certification is preferred.
