NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 Technical Architect/Lead with extensive experience in the SAP ecosystem. This role demands a strong background in S/4HANA implementations and architectural design, focusing on "Clean Core" principles and driving custom solutions to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

Key responsibilities include architecting end-to-end solutions, leading Fit-to-Standard workshops, and ensuring seamless integrations. The ideal candidate will serve as a Technical Authority, validating custom extensions for BTP compliance and integrating AI and embedded analytics into the ERP core. A deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and SAP methodologies is essential.

Architect end-to-end solution designs, adhering strictly to "Clean Core" principles to minimize technical debt. Enforce a zero-modification policy, directing all custom requirements to SAP BTP for side-by-side extensions. Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops to align business processes with SAP Best Practices and Industry Cloud Editions. Design and architect integrations between S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and third-party SaaS using SAP Integration Suite. Act as the Technical Authority on the Architecture Review Board, validating custom extensions for BTP compliance. Integrate Business AI and embedded analytics to enhance automated decision-making within the ERP core.

Minimum of 12 years in the SAP ecosystem, with at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations or conversions. Demonstrated architectural expertise in S/4HANA 2023+ (Greenfield/Brownfield) and RISE with SAP. Strategic oversight capabilities for S/4HANA upgrades, including SUM, SAP Readiness Check, and Maintenance Planner. Possess expert-level cross-functional knowledge across multiple SAP core modules. Must be a SAP Certified Professional – Solution Architect (S/4HANA & SAP BTP). Hands-on technical mastery of CDS, CFL, CBO, RAP, Event Mesh, Clean Core extensibility, BTP, OData-based Adobe Forms, APIs, and ATC. Proficiency in cloud infrastructure, including S/4HANA (Public/Private), SAP HANA Database, and RISE with SAP on Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Mastery of SAP Activate (Agile) and SAP Signavio (Process Transformation) methodologies. Leadership in SAP Fiori, RAP, and CAP for UX and extension development. Strong integration strategy skills using SAP Integration Suite, Graph, and Event-Driven Architecture. Expert-level proficiency in SAP Build, Integration Suite, and Extension Suite.
