Lead significant SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives focused on Sales & Distribution (SD) and Global Trade Services (GTS). This pivotal role involves comprehensive ownership of order-to-cash processes, compliance adherence, and international trade operations, ensuring alignment with SAP S/4HANA best practices and regulatory mandates.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and diverse SAP teams to orchestrate a successful transformation across sales, logistics, billing, and global trade compliance functions.

Spearhead SAP S/4HANA SD and GTS workstreams, overseeing end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Global Trade Compliance processes. Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for SAP SD modules, including sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, and credit management. Configure SAP GTS for compliance, customs, preference management, and trade agreements.

Champion S/4HANA SD simplifications, Fiori apps, and embedded analytics. Govern SD-GTS integration for embargo checks, export controls, customs processing, and duty calculations. Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, assess custom code impacts, and guide business partner conversion and master data harmonization.

A minimum of 10–12 years of SAP experience is required, with deep hands-on expertise in SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) and SAP GTS (Compliance, Customs, Preference Management). Proven experience leading at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects is essential. A robust understanding of global trade regulations and compliance is critical.

Familiarity with S/4HANA SD simplifications, FSCM Credit Management, and SAP GTS integration with S/4HANA is necessary. Experience with export controls, embargo checks, and customs declarations is also required. Exposure to GTS Edition for S/4HANA is highly advantageous.
