Seeking an accomplished SAP S/4HANA SD/GTS Lead to spearhead Sales & Distribution (SD) and Global Trade Services (GTS) streams within major SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. This role encompasses full ownership of order-to-cash, compliance, and international trade processes, ensuring adherence to SAP S/4HANA best practices and regulatory mandates.

The SD/GTS Lead will collaborate extensively with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional SAP teams to drive a successful transformation across sales, logistics, billing, and global trade compliance functions.

Lead SAP S/4HANA SD and GTS workstreams, managing end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Global Trade Compliance processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for all SD and GTS-related issues. Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for SAP SD (Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management) and SAP GTS (Compliance, Customs, Preference Management). Ensure adoption of S/4HANA SD simplifications and Fiori apps.

Oversee Fit-to-Standard workshops, manage custom code impacts, and guide Business Partner conversion. Coordinate integration with MM, WM/EWM, TM, PP, and FI/CO modules. Lead testing efforts, cutover planning, and provide go-live and hypercare support. Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and mentor team members.

Requires 10-12 years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) and SAP GTS (Compliance, Customs, Preference Management). Must have at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects in a leadership capacity. A solid understanding of global trade regulations and compliance is essential.

Experience with S/4HANA SD simplifications, FSCM Credit Management, and SAP GTS integration with S/4HANA is required. Familiarity with export controls, embargo checks, and customs declarations is necessary. Proven leadership and delivery skills in large SAP programs, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, are critical for success in this role.
