NTT DATA seeks a talented SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) Lead to spearhead SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and delivering PS workstreams, ensuring alignment with best practices and seamless integration with core SAP modules like Finance and Logistics. You will drive successful transformation outcomes in large-scale SAP projects.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional SAP teams. The focus is on delivering scalable, compliant, and high-quality S/4HANA PS solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Lead the SAP PS workstream across S/4HANA transformation projects, including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition scenarios. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Project-to-Cash (P2C) and Project Costing & Controlling processes, acting as the primary point of contact for all PS-related escalations.

Drive comprehensive solution design and hands-on configuration for SAP PS, encompassing project structures, cost planning, budgeting, availability control, settlement, and revenue recognition. Ensure robust integration with S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal) and controlling functions. Participate actively in Fit-to-Standard workshops, manage simplifications from ECC to S/4HANA PS, and support custom code remediation impacting PS.

Coordinate intricate integrations with FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, and HR modules, ensuring smooth connectivity with Procurement, Billing, and Finance. Collaborate effectively with technical teams for enhancements and integrations. Lead PS-related testing phases, including unit testing, SIT, and UAT, and own cutover planning for critical project elements. Provide essential go-live and hypercare support to ensure stable operations.

Uphold SAP Activate methodology standards and project governance. Review and approve functional designs, configurations, and test artifacts. Mentor PS consultants and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 10-12 years of SAP experience, including significant hands-on expertise in SAP Project Systems. A minimum of two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects in a PS Lead capacity is essential, along with a strong understanding of project-based accounting and controlling.

Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance is required, particularly the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), PS–FI/CO integration, Results Analysis, and Settlement. Experience with Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) integration is highly beneficial.

Demonstrated success in leading PS delivery within large SAP programs, coupled with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, is crucial. Experience working in global onshore-offshore delivery models is also a key requirement.

Candidates with SAP S/4HANA certifications in Project Systems or Finance, experience with SAP Activate methodology, and industry exposure to Engineering, Construction, EPC, Energy, or Professional Services will be highly regarded. Familiarity with SAP CPM, EPPM, or SAP Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) is an advantage.
