NTT DATA is seeking an accomplished SAP S/4HANA PS Lead to drive impactful SAP transformations. This role involves leading the SAP PS workstream within S/4HANA projects, ensuring seamless integration of Project-to-Cash and Project Costing & Controlling processes. Lead the SAP PS workstream for S/4HANA transformation projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, Selective Data Transition), taking ownership of end-to-end delivery for Project-to-Cash and Project Costing & Controlling.

Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for SAP PS, including project structures, cost planning, budgeting, settlement, and revenue recognition (EVM/RAR integration), ensuring alignment with S/4HANA Finance and controlling.

Oversee S/4HANA transformation activities such as Fit-to-Standard workshops, process harmonization, managing ECC to S/4HANA PS simplifications, and supporting custom code remediation.

Coordinate integration across modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, HR) and with Procurement, Billing, and Finance, collaborating with technical teams for enhancements.

Manage PS-related testing phases (unit, SIT, UAT), defect management, and lead cutover planning for open projects, budgets, and settlements, providing go-live and hypercare support.

Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology, project standards, and documentation, while mentoring PS consultants and facilitating knowledge transfer.

A minimum of 10-12 years of SAP experience with robust hands-on expertise in SAP Project Systems is essential. Candidates must possess experience leading at least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects in a PS Lead capacity, coupled with a strong understanding of project-based accounting and controlling.

Essential knowledge includes the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), PS–FI/CO integration, Results Analysis, and Settlement. Experience with Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) integration is highly beneficial.

Demonstrated experience leading PS delivery within large SAP programs, strong stakeholder management, and effective communication skills are critical. Familiarity with global onshore-offshore delivery models is also required.

An advantage would be knowledge of LeanIX and Signavio for process flow preparation, and preferred qualifications include SAP S/4HANA certification in Project Systems or Finance, experience with SAP Activate methodology, and industry experience in Engineering, Construction, EPC, Energy, or Professional Services.
