Join our team as an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) Consultant to drive end-to-end S/4HANA transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with PS Leads and Solution Architects, focusing on configuration, testing, data migration support, and post-go-live stabilization for project-based business processes. This role emphasizes hands-on functional delivery across Project-to-Cash (P2C), project costing, and vital integrations with Finance and Logistics, adhering to SAP S/4HANA best practices.

Key responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP S/4HANA Project Systems, encompassing project structures, cost planning, budgeting, availability control, and settlement. You will also support Project-to-Cash and Project-to-Result processes.

Assist in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, whether ECC conversions or greenfield implementations, by applying S/4HANA PS simplifications and best practices. Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and clarify business requirements.

Collaborate closely with FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, and HR teams to ensure seamless integration with Procurement, Billing, and Financial Accounting. Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW objects affecting PS.

Prepare and execute unit and SIT test cases for PS scenarios, support UAT, resolve defects, and assist with data migration validation for projects, WBS elements, budgets, and open transactions.

Support cutover activities for open projects and financial balances, provide hypercare support, troubleshoot PS-related issues, and document resolutions and process changes.

Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides, following SAP Activate methodology and project documentation standards.

We are looking for a SAP PS functional expert with 5-8 years of experience, including at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project. A strong understanding of project costing, budgeting, and settlement is essential.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with PS–FI/CO integration, a basic understanding of the Universal Journal, and Results Analysis. Exposure to Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) is considered a plus.

Knowledge of LeanIX and Signavio for process flow discussions with the business team is an added advantage.

Preferred qualifications include SAP S/4HANA or SAP PS certification, experience with SAP Activate methodology, and industry exposure to Engineering, EPC, Construction, Energy, or Professional Services. Familiarity with SAP EPPM/PPM is also beneficial.

Essential soft skills include strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the capacity to work effectively in onshore-offshore delivery models. A willingness to learn and adapt to S/4HANA innovations is crucial.
