As an SAP S/4HANA Project Manager, you will oversee project governance, manage risks, control budgets, and engage stakeholders effectively. You will lead digital transformation efforts, including serialization and data integrity projects.

Key duties include developing comprehensive project plans and schedules, leading and motivating cross-functional teams, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and clients. You will proactively manage risks and issues, monitor project expenditures and resource allocation, and provide regular status reports.

This role also involves ensuring adherence to SAP best practices, documenting business processes, mentoring junior project managers, and contributing to business development opportunities within the SAP domain.

A minimum of 7 years of SAP project management experience is required, including at least one end-to-end SAP program delivery. Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and integration with manufacturing and lab systems is essential.

We are looking for strong skills in project planning, execution, budget control, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The ability to lead diverse teams through influence and collaboration, drive strategy, and ensure alignment with business goals is crucial.

Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models is expected. PMP, ITIL, or SAP Activate certifications are preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English, are mandatory.
