NTT DATA is seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA PP/QM Lead to spearhead Production Planning and Quality Management initiatives within large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. Lead SAP S/4HANA PP and QM workstreams in transformation programs, overseeing end-to-end delivery of Plan-to-Produce and Quality processes. Act as the primary point of contact for all PP/QM related escalations.

Drive detailed solution design and hands-on configuration for SAP PP (Demand Management, MRP, BOMs, Routings, Production Orders) and SAP QM (Inspection Planning, Results Recording, Usage Decisions). Ensure the integration of S/4HANA simplifications and innovations into manufacturing and quality solutions.

Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, assess custom code impacts, and manage manufacturing and quality master data conversion and validation. Coordinate seamlessly with MM, WM/EWM, SD, PM, and FI/CO teams to ensure integrated Procure-to-Produce and Make-to-Deliver processes.

Oversee testing phases, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution for PP/QM modules. Own cutover planning for critical production data and provide essential go-live and hypercare support to maintain manufacturing stability. Ensure adherence to project standards and mentor junior consultants.

Requires 10-12 years of SAP experience with deep hands-on expertise in SAP PP and SAP QM, including discrete and/or process manufacturing scenarios. Must have led at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

Possess a strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management business processes, coupled with experience in S/4HANA MRP and production execution simplifications. Familiarity with QM integration, batch management, and serial number processing is essential.

Demonstrate proven leadership in delivering PP/QM solutions within large SAP programs, supported by excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in global onshore-offshore delivery models is highly valued. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial for translating business needs into effective SAP solutions.
