Join our team as an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP/QM Consultant, playing a vital role in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will be instrumental in configuring, testing, and stabilizing Production Planning and Quality Management processes.

This position emphasizes hands-on functional expertise in manufacturing and quality management, adhering to SAP S/4HANA best practices and industry standards. Work collaboratively within project teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) processes, including master data, demand management, MRP, and production orders.

Manage SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) configurations, covering inspection planning, quality notifications, defect management, and usage decisions.

Provide crucial support for S/4HANA transformations, including ECC to S/4HANA conversions and greenfield implementations. Assist in Fit-to-Standard workshops and requirement clarifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, FI/CO, etc.) to ensure seamless integration across Procure-to-Produce and Plan-to-Produce cycles. Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW objects.

Prepare and execute unit and integration testing for PP and QM scenarios, supporting UAT and defect resolution. Aid in validating data migration for master data and open transactions.

Support cutover activities and provide hypercare assistance, troubleshooting post-go-live issues for PP/QM. Document resolutions and process changes thoroughly.

Develop and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides, following SAP Activate methodology.

A minimum of 5-8 years of SAP functional experience in SAP PP and SAP QM is essential. Demonstrate proficiency with at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project.

A strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes, coupled with hands-on experience in S/4HANA PP configuration, MRP simplifications, and QM integration with MM and PP, is required. Exposure to Batch Management and Serial Numbers is beneficial.

Preferred qualifications include SAP S/4HANA or SAP PP/QM certification, experience with SAP Activate methodology, and industry experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Goods, or Chemicals. Familiarity with EWM, PM, or Advanced Planning tools is a plus.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, strong communication and documentation abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in onshore-offshore delivery models are expected. A proactive approach to learning and adopting S/4HANA innovations is key.
