Opportunity for an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP/QM Consultant to drive end-to-end transformation and implementation projects.

This role emphasizes hands-on functional expertise in manufacturing and quality management, adhering to SAP S/4HANA best practices and industry standards. You will work under the guidance of a Module Lead or Solution Architect, contributing to configuration, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support.

Key responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP S/4HANA PP processes such as Master Data, Demand Management, MRP, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning.

You will also configure and support SAP S/4HANA QM processes, including Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Usage Decisions, and Batch Management. This involves supporting ECC to S/4HANA conversions, applying S/4HANA manufacturing and quality simplifications, and assisting with Fit-to-Standard workshops.

Collaboration with MM, WM/EWM, SD, PM, and FI/CO teams is crucial for seamless integration. You will also support integration across Procure-to-Produce and Plan-to-Produce processes and coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW objects.

Prepare and execute unit testing and SIT for PP/QM scenarios, support UAT, and assist with data migration validation. Post go-live, you will provide hypercare support, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions.

Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides following SAP Activate methodology.

A minimum of 5–8 years of SAP functional experience in SAP PP (Discrete or Process Manufacturing) and SAP QM is required.

Candidates should have at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project and a strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes. Hands-on experience with S/4HANA PP configuration, MRP simplifications, and QM integration with MM and PP is essential.

Exposure to Batch Management, Serial Numbers, and Variant Configuration is a plus. Knowledge of LeanIX or Signavio for process flow discussions is also advantageous.

Preferred qualifications include SAP S/4HANA or SAP PP/QM certification, experience with SAP Activate methodology, and industry experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Goods, or Chemicals. Exposure to EWM, PM, or Advanced Planning tools like PP/DS or IBP is beneficial.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills are necessary, along with a willingness to adapt to S/4HANA innovations and work effectively in onshore-offshore models. This role is hybrid/onsite/offshore based on project needs.
