Spearhead maintenance and asset management workstreams within large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. This role encompasses comprehensive ownership of maintenance planning, execution, and cost control, ensuring alignment with SAP S/4HANA best practices and enterprise asset management strategies. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional SAP teams to facilitate a successful transition from ECC to S/4HANA.

Lead SAP PM workstreams in S/4HANA transformation programs, owning the end-to-end Asset-to-Maintenance and Maintenance-to-Cost processes. Drive solution design and configuration for SAP S/4HANA PM, including technical objects, notifications, orders, and various maintenance types. Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, assess custom code impacts, and guide data conversion. Coordinate seamlessly with MM, PP, FI/CO, and other modules, and lead testing, cutover, and go-live support. Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and mentor PM consultants.

Requires 10-12+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management. Must have led at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects in a PM Lead capacity, with a solid understanding of maintenance planning, execution, and costing. Experience with S/4HANA PM simplifications and Fiori apps, as well as integration of PM with MM, PP, and FI/CO, is essential. Proven leadership in delivering SAP programs, effective stakeholder management, and strong communication skills are required. Experience in global onshore-offshore and asset-intensive environments is expected.
