Join a dynamic team as an SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant, playing a key role in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects. This position offers a hands-on approach to configuring, testing, and stabilizing maintenance and asset management processes, working closely with leadership.

Focus on practical functional delivery across the entire maintenance lifecycle, from planning and execution to cost tracking, all while adhering to SAP S/4HANA best practices. This is an opportunity to shape and enhance critical business operations.

Key responsibilities include comprehensive SAP S/4HANA PM configuration and support for technical objects, orders, and preventive maintenance plans. You will also support various maintenance scenarios, including breakdown, refurbishment, and calibration.

Contribute to S/4HANA transformations by assisting with conversions and greenfield implementations, applying S/4HANA simplifications and Fiori apps. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like MM, PP, and FI/CO to ensure seamless integration of maintenance processes with procurement, production, and finance.

Prepare and execute test cases for unit testing and SIT, and support user acceptance testing and defect resolution. You will also be instrumental in validating data migration for critical maintenance data.

Provide essential support during cutover activities and hypercare post-go-live, troubleshooting and documenting issues and resolutions. Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including functional specifications and user guides, following SAP Activate methodology.

We are seeking an experienced SAP functional professional with 5-8 years in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), including at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project. A solid understanding of maintenance planning, execution, and costing processes is essential.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with S/4HANA PM configuration, integration with MM, PP, and FI/CO, and the equipment/functional location data models is required. Exposure to SAP Asset Management, Fiori PM apps, or Predictive Maintenance is highly beneficial.

An SAP S/4HANA or SAP PM certification is preferred, along with experience in SAP Activate methodology. Industry exposure in Utilities, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Mining, or Energy is advantageous. Knowledge of LeanIX or Signavio for process flow discussions is a plus.
