We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

This role involves hands-on functional delivery, focusing on configuration, testing, and support for maintenance and asset management processes. You will work closely with project leads and solution architects to ensure seamless implementation of SAP S/4HANA PM best practices.

Configure and provide expert support for SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM), including technical objects, notifications, orders, and preventive maintenance plans.

Assist in S/4HANA transformation projects, applying system simplifications and Fiori apps. Support Fit-to-Standard workshops and clarify business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, WM/EWM, PP, QM, FI/CO) to ensure integrated maintenance processes. Coordinate with technical teams on RICEFW objects.

Prepare and execute comprehensive testing for PM scenarios, including unit testing and system integration testing. Support user acceptance testing and defect resolution.

Aid in data migration validation for critical PM master data and transactional data. Support cutover activities and provide hypercare post-go-live.

Develop and maintain essential project documentation, such as functional specifications, configuration guides, test scripts, and user manuals, adhering to SAP Activate methodology.

A minimum of 5–8 years of SAP functional experience in Plant Maintenance (PM) is essential, with at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project.

Demonstrated expertise in SAP S/4HANA PM configuration, including Equipment and Functional Location data models, and integration with MM, PP, and FI/CO modules.

Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and documentation skills. The ability to thrive in cross-functional, onshore-offshore delivery models is key.
