Lead critical SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives focused on Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM). This role is central to ensuring a successful transition from ECC to S/4HANA, optimizing logistics operations, and delivering robust solutions for procurement, inventory control, and warehouse functions.

Drive the design, configuration, and implementation of MM and WM modules. You will be the key liaison for MM/WM-related matters with business stakeholders and project leadership, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and project objectives.

Spearhead MM and WM functional streams within SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, taking ownership of end-to-end solution delivery for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory/Warehouse processes. Lead solution design and hands-on configuration for SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory, Valuation) and SAP WM (Inbound/Outbound, Putaway, Picking). Ensure smooth integration across logistics and finance, coordinating with SD, PP, QM, FI/CO, EWM, and TM teams.

Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, harmonize business processes, and manage custom code impacts. Oversee testing phases (Unit, SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and cutover planning. Provide essential go-live and hypercare support, acting as the primary escalation point for MM/WM issues. Govern team activities, ensuring adherence to SAP Activate methodology and project standards.

A seasoned SAP professional with 10-12 years of experience, possessing deep hands-on expertise in SAP MM (P2P, Inventory Management, Valuation) and SAP WM (Classic WM). You should have led at least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects and have a strong grasp of logistics simplifications in S/4HANA, including MATDOC and the Business Partner concept.

Experience with WM migration strategies and exposure to Embedded EWM is highly valued. While not mandatory, knowledge of LeanIX or Signavio for process discussions is a plus. Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and coordination skills are essential, along with experience in global onshore-offshore delivery models. Analytical problem-solving abilities and the capacity to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions are crucial.
