Lead critical SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives as an experienced SAP S/4HANA MM & WM Module Lead. This role focuses on the meticulous design, configuration, and successful delivery of Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) workstreams within extensive SAP S/4HANA projects. Ensure a seamless transition from ECC to S/4HANA, embedding logistics best practices to optimize procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations for exceptional outcomes.

Spearhead MM and WM functional workstreams for SAP S/4HANA transformations, owning the end-to-end delivery of Procure-to-Pay and Inventory & Warehouse processes. Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation) and SAP WM (Inbound/Outbound Processing, Putaway, Picking). You will be the key point of contact for MM & WM inquiries, ensuring alignment with S/4HANA simplifications and leading decisions on WM strategies. Coordinate seamlessly with SD, PP, QM, FI/CO, EWM, and TM teams for integrated logistics and finance processes. Lead testing phases, own cutover planning, and provide vital go-live and hypercare support. Uphold project standards and mentor MM & WM consultants, fostering knowledge transfer.

Bring a minimum of 10-12 years of comprehensive SAP experience, with deep hands-on expertise in SAP MM (P2P, Inventory Management, Valuation) and SAP WM (Classic WM). Crucially, you must have led at least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. A strong grasp of logistics differences and simplifications between ECC and S/4HANA is essential, including MATDOC and the Business Partner concept. Experience with WM migration strategies and exposure to Embedded EWM is highly beneficial. Proven leadership in complex SAP programs, excellent stakeholder communication, and experience in global delivery models are key to success. Familiarity with LeanIX or Signavio for process discussions is a plus.
