Lead the design, configuration, and successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) workstreams within large-scale transformation programs. This role is pivotal in guiding the migration from ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring logistics processes align with SAP best practices, and delivering robust solutions for procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive innovation and excellence in logistics transformation.

Spearhead MM and WM functional workstreams for SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. Own end-to-end solution delivery for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory & Warehouse processes. Drive solution design and hands-on configuration, ensuring the adoption of S/4HANA logistics simplifications and leading critical decisions between Classic WM, Stock Room Management, and Embedded EWM. Support Fit-to-Standard workshops, harmonize business processes, and manage custom code impacts. Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams like SD, PP, QM, FI/CO, EWM, and TM to ensure integrated logistics and finance processes. Lead testing phases, cutover planning for inventory and stock, and provide essential go-live and hypercare support. Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and mentor consultants.

A minimum of 10-12 years of extensive SAP experience is required, with deep hands-on expertise in SAP MM (P2P, Inventory Management, Valuation) and SAP WM (Classic WM). You must have led at least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. A strong grasp of ECC to S/4HANA logistics differences and simplifications, including MATDOC and the Business Partner concept, is essential. Experience with WM migration strategies and exposure to Embedded EWM are highly valued. Proven leadership in complex SAP programs, excellent stakeholder communication, and experience in global onshore-offshore delivery models are expected. Familiarity with LeanIX or Signavio for process flow discussions is a plus.
