Lead the FICO workstream for S/4HANA implementations, overseeing design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Conduct in-depth workshops with stakeholders to capture and document critical business requirements.

Configure core SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, IO, CO-PC, and CO-PA. Ensure seamless integration of financial processes with S/4HANA advancements like Universal Journal and Central Finance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, HR) and technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Security, Fiori) for end-to-end solutions and custom developments. Support data migration, validation, testing cycles, and provide crucial end-user training and go-live support.

A minimum of 6-7 years of extensive SAP Finance & Controlling experience, including at least two full lifecycle S/4HANA FICO implementations, is essential. Demonstrable deep understanding of S/4HANA Finance architecture, Universal Journal, Fiori apps, and embedded analytics is required.

Possess strong functional expertise in financial processes (GL, AR, AP, AA, CO, Financial Closing) and experience integrating FICO with SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and PS. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and project management best practices is key. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are vital for success in this fast-paced, global project environment.
