This role is integral to a greenfield S/4HANA implementation, focusing on the Finance and Controlling (FICO) workstream. Lead the FICO workstream in an S/4HANA implementation, overseeing design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Conduct workshops with finance and controlling stakeholders to capture and document business requirements. Configure SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis. Leverage S/4HANA innovations like the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, and Central Finance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, HR) for end-to-end integration and with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Security, Fiori) for custom solutions. Support data migration and validation for finance data. Manage testing cycles (SIT, UAT), provide end-user training, and offer post-go-live support. Prepare comprehensive functional specifications, design documents, and test scripts.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of SAP Finance & Controlling experience, with a strong track record of at least two full lifecycle S/4HANA FICO implementations. Possess a deep understanding of S/4HANA Finance architecture, including the Universal Journal, Fiori apps, and embedded analytics. Demonstrate robust functional knowledge of core finance processes (GL, AR, AP, AA, CO, Financial Closing) and experience integrating FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS). Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and project management best practices is essential. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global project environment. This role requires a willingness to work US hours.
