Spearhead SAP S/4HANA transformations as a CS/SD Lead, owning the complete service-to-cash and order-to-cash cycles. This role is crucial for aligning business service strategies with SAP S/4HANA best practices.

Collaborate with business leaders, solution architects, and SAP teams to drive seamless transformations across sales, service delivery, billing, and customer engagement. Your expertise will be key in shaping the future of our customer-facing processes.

- Lead SAP S/4HANA CS and SD workstreams in diverse transformation projects (Greenfield, Brownfield). - Take ownership of end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Service-to-Cash processes, acting as the primary escalation point. - Design and configure SAP SD (Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing) and SAP CS (Service Orders, Contracts). - Drive adoption of S/4HANA simplifications, Fiori apps, and embedded analytics, guiding CS transition strategies. - Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and manage custom code impacts. - Coordinate integrations with MM, FI/CO, and other modules, ensuring seamless data flow. - Lead testing phases (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and provide go-live support. - Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and mentor CS/SD consultants.

A minimum of 10-12 years of SAP experience is required, with deep hands-on expertise in SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) and SAP CS (Service Management).

Demonstrated success in at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects as a Lead is essential, alongside a strong grasp of service management and sales operations.

Familiarity with S/4HANA SD simplifications, FSCM Credit Management, CS integrations, and the S/4HANA Service Management roadmap is expected. Experience with global project delivery, stakeholder management, and strong analytical skills are vital.

While not mandatory, exposure to SAP FSM, CX Service, LeanIX, Signavio, and relevant industry experience is advantageous.
