Provide strategic counsel on revenue and cost accounting, offering expertise in implementing changes related to product costing, transfer pricing, and margin analysis while ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, or other applicable accounting standards.

Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling for Cost Accounting. Engage with business stakeholders to design their cost accounting, revenue accounting, product costing, transfer pricing, and margin analysis processes.

Configure SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) to meet specific business requirements, ensuring alignment with IFRS, US GAAP, and local accounting standards. Lead business workshops to demonstrate processes in SAP S/4HANA Controlling, identify gaps, train business users, and test processes.

We seek experienced professionals with 8-12 years in controlling or business finance, including product cost accounting, overhead allocation, planning & budgeting, project accounting, and margin analysis.

Demonstrate a proven track record in executing and advising on cost accounting requirements, revenue recognition, and transfer pricing. A strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and other financial reporting standards is essential.

Must be an end-user of SAP Controlling, with preferred experience in designing and implementing SAP Controlling in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA. Prior advisory or consulting experience is highly advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams, influencing change and providing actionable recommendations.
