We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Sourcing & Ariba Commerce Automation Lead to drive end-to-end source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes. This pivotal role focuses on solution design, delivery governance, and ensuring successful adoption of SAP Ariba modules integrated with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.

This Lead will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams, integration architects, and suppliers to deliver scalable, compliant, and value-driven Ariba solutions. The position is critical for transforming procurement operations through cutting-edge SAP Ariba technology.

Lead SAP Ariba Sourcing and Commerce Automation workstreams within global implementations and S/4HANA transformation programs. Own the complete delivery of Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, acting as the primary escalation point for all Ariba-related inquiries.

Drive solution design and configuration for Ariba Sourcing (RFx, Auctions, Awarding), Ariba Contracts (Authoring, Clause Library, Contract Compliance), Ariba Buying & Invoicing, and Ariba Commerce Automation (Supplier enablement, PO/Invoice automation). Ensure seamless Ariba–S/4HANA integration via CIG.

Lead supplier onboarding and enablement strategies, driving adoption of Commerce Automation for transactional suppliers. Coordinate supplier testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization efforts. Oversee configuration of master data synchronization, transactional flows, and approval workflows. Lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing, owning cutover planning and go-live readiness, providing hypercare support and resolving critical production issues.

A minimum of 10–12 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementations is required, with a strong focus on Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Commerce Automation. Candidates must have led at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with Ariba CIG integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, procurement master data, transactional integration, and tax/invoicing/compliance processes is essential. A solid understanding of procurement and sourcing business processes is crucial for this role.

Proven ability to lead Ariba workstreams in global programs, coupled with strong stakeholder management and supplier engagement skills. Experience in multi-country and onshore–offshore delivery models is highly valued. A mentoring and coaching mindset, along with excellent communication and presentation skills, are also key.
