Lead comprehensive source-to-contract and procure-to-pay initiatives utilizing SAP Ariba solutions. This role focuses on designing and delivering robust Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Commerce Automation capabilities, seamlessly integrated with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and integration specialists to ensure successful adoption and value realization of Ariba functionalities. The objective is to build scalable, compliant, and efficient procurement processes.

This position requires a strategic approach to solution design, strong governance oversight, effective stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to driving successful user adoption of SAP Ariba.

Drive end-to-end delivery for Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes as the lead for SAP Ariba Sourcing and Commerce Automation workstreams within global implementations and S/4HANA transformations.

Own the solution design and configuration for Ariba Sourcing (RFx, Auctions, Awarding), Ariba Contracts (Authoring, Clause Library, Compliance), Ariba Buying & Invoicing, and Ariba Commerce Automation (supplier enablement, PO/Invoice automation). Align these with SAP best practices and standards.

Spearhead supplier onboarding and enablement strategies, driving adoption of Commerce Automation for transactional suppliers. Oversee testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization. Coordinate with CIG, SAP S/4HANA MM, FI, and Security teams for seamless integration.

Lead testing phases (SIT, UAT, regression) and own cutover planning for sourcing and commerce automation. Provide hypercare support and resolve critical production issues. Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and project governance.

A minimum of 10-12 years of extensive experience in SAP Ariba implementations is essential, with deep expertise in Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Commerce Automation.

Demonstrate a track record of at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations as a Lead, coupled with a strong grasp of procurement and sourcing business processes. Hands-on experience with Ariba CIG integration to SAP S/4HANA or ECC, procurement master data, transactional integration, and tax/invoicing/compliance processes is required.

Proven leadership in Ariba workstreams within global programs, excellent stakeholder management and supplier engagement skills, and experience in multi-country and onshore-offshore delivery models are critical. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong communication and presentation skills, are vital for success in this role.
