Lead large-scale SAP transformation initiatives leveraging the RISE with SAP framework. This executive role is pivotal in driving cloud transformation, ensuring robust governance, managing stakeholder expectations, and realizing significant business value across global SAP engagements.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to champion end-to-end delivery of complex SAP RISE and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in achieving project success in terms of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the full lifecycle of SAP RISE and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. You will establish comprehensive governance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks. Building and maintaining strong CXO relationships, managing steering committees, resolving escalations effectively, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are critical.

This role involves tracking key performance indicators, milestones, risks, dependencies, and service level agreements, alongside diligent financial performance management. You will orchestrate multiple workstreams, coordinate with diverse vendors, and lead global delivery teams. Driving ERP modernization and seamless ECC to SAP S/4HANA migrations under the RISE with SAP umbrella is a core function.

Furthermore, you will provide expert advice to clients on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Clean Core strategies, and comprehensive transformation roadmaps. Owning the program's Profit and Loss (P&L), managing budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and engaging in commercial discussions are essential. Championing Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, SAP Activate adoption, continuous improvement initiatives, and capability development within the team is expected.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related discipline is required, with an MBA being a strong preference. Preferred certifications include SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, PMP, PgMP, or Prince2.

Essential skills encompass deep expertise in SAP RISE, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP Activate, alongside a proven track record in Business Process Transformation. Strong capabilities in Program Governance, Portfolio Management, Delivery Assurance, Change Management, and Risk & Compliance Management are crucial. Experience in delivering large, multi-million-dollar SAP programs and managing Cloud Transformation initiatives, including Hybrid Cloud Landscapes and Cloud Migration Strategy, is necessary.
