Lead the design and configuration of SAP Retail and CAR solutions, focusing on digital and retail channels and POS integration. Oversee end-to-end full cycle implementations of S/4HANA Greenfield/Migration projects as a Team Lead.

Deliver expert configuration and training for CAR-POSDTA, Multichannel, and Inventory Visibility modules. Provide in-depth support for SAP IS-Retail, Store Operations, and Fashion Management processes.

Conduct client workshops to meticulously gather business requirements, analyze complex business processes, and recommend optimal system solutions. Design and customize SAP IS-Retail to align with client demands and achieve desired business outcomes.

A minimum of 3-7 years of dedicated experience in SAP Retail or related retail consulting is essential. Proven success in at least 3-4 end-to-end full cycle S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield/Migration) is required, ideally as a Team Lead or Solution Architect.

Possess extensive knowledge of SAP IS-Retail processes, including promotion management, distribution planning, retail pricing, and merchandise management. Strong understanding of SAP SD, MM, FI, and CAR module interfaces is a must.

Demonstrate excellent consulting skills, business acumen, and expertise in integrating packaged technology. Experience with S/4HANA projects and a strong ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently are key. Effective communication and collaborative skills are vital for success in this role.
