This role focuses on SAP Retail and CAR design, configuration, and implementation for digital and retail channels, including POS integration. You will leverage your expertise in end-to-end project lifecycles and complex SAP S/4HANA landscapes, often in a Team Lead capacity.

Key responsibilities include designing and configuring SAP Retail and CAR for various channels, leading full-cycle S/4HANA implementations, and providing expertise in areas like CAR-POSDTA, Multichannel, and Inventory Visibility. You will also be involved in fashion management processes, integrating packaged solutions to meet client business objectives, and supporting pre-sales activities. This involves conducting workshops, gathering requirements, mapping business processes, and customizing SAP IS-Retail solutions.

A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in SAP Retail or related consulting is essential. Proven success in 3-4 end-to-end S/4HANA Greenfield/Migration projects, ideally as a Team Lead or Solution Architect, is required. Strong knowledge of SAP IS-Retail processes, including promotion management, distribution planning, and merchandise management, is crucial. Candidates must demonstrate comprehensive understanding of retail business operations and integration points with SAP SD, MM, FI, and CAR modules. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA projects, effective multitasking, teamwork, and innovative problem-solving are key attributes.
