Configure and implement SAP RE-FX solutions to streamline lease administration, contract management, and property management. Analyze business requirements through workshops and translate them into effective SAP RE-FX configurations. Manage crucial processes including lease agreements, acquisitions, disposals, and related financial and compliance activities. Collaborate effectively with finance, legal, business, and technical teams to ensure seamless integrations, successful testing, and system enhancements. Provide essential production support, user training, develop reporting solutions, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

A minimum of 5 years' experience as an SAP RE-FX Functional Consultant is essential, with deep expertise in Lease Management, Contract Administration, Property Management, and Real Estate Financial Processes. Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with SAP RE-FX configuration, including lease contracts, acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management, and financial reporting. Possess good knowledge of SAP FI, FI-AA, and their integration with relevant modules for comprehensive real estate operations. Proven experience in implementation, support, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and business process optimization is required. Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, documentation, and client-facing communication skills are crucial for this role.
