As a SAP RCM ONB Consultant, you will be instrumental in gathering and analyzing business requirements for recruiting and onboarding processes. Your responsibilities include configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0).

You will design and maintain requisition, job application, and offer approval templates, alongside developing onboarding programs. A key part of your role involves configuring candidate experience, recruiting marketing integrations, and onboarding activities, supporting the entire recruitment lifecycle from requisition to new hire onboarding.

We are seeking a SAP RCM ONB Consultant with 6-12 years of strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.

Essential knowledge includes recruitment workflows, offer management, candidate experience, and onboarding processes, along with experience in Role-Based Permissions (RBP). Familiarity with SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations, Integration Center, Business Rules, MDF Objects, and Document Generation is also required. Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, conducting workshops, and client interactions is crucial.
