Develop and implement the overarching SAP test strategy and roadmap for complex programs. Oversee test delivery management, adhering to SAP ASAP methodology and ensuring comprehensive E2E test coverage for processes, data, and customizations. Coordinate testing activities across all SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.). Own test governance, robust test reporting, and efficient defect triage and resolution processes. Manage and collaborate with project management offices, functional and technical leads, and business subject matter experts, leading distributed teams. Monitor key performance indicators such as defect density, test coverage, and defect leakage to drive continuous improvement. Lead test strategy, execution, and delivery management for SAP test automation using tools like UFT, CBTA, and Tricentis Tosca. Direct SAP performance testing initiatives using tools like LoadRunner.

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering. Bring a minimum of 16 years of quality assurance experience, with at least 8 years specifically in SAP Test Program management, COE setup, or solutioning. Demonstrate strong SAP functional knowledge (S/4HANA, ECC) and understanding of module interdependencies. Exhibit excellent leadership, program governance, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills. Proficiency in QA methodologies and tools such as ALM, Solution Manager, Jira/Xray, and TestRail. Experience with both Waterfall and Agile testing frameworks, including defect management and test automation lifecycles. Possess strong soft skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, executive reporting, and decision-making.
