NTT DATA seeks a passionate SAP QM Architect to join our team and drive innovation. We are looking for individuals eager to grow with our inclusive and forward-thinking organization. This role focuses on developing and governing the global Quality Management (QM) template within SAP S/4HANA, essential for inspection, compliance, manufacturing quality, and supplier quality processes.

As the SAP S/4HANA Global Template Owner for Quality Management, you will be instrumental in defining global standards, implementing and rolling out QM solutions, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. Your expertise will contribute to continuous process improvements and effective support for quality management functions.

Key responsibilities include designing and governing the global SAP QM template, standardizing inspection and quality processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will lead QM implementations, coordinate testing and validation, and support user adoption.

Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehouse, and Regulatory Affairs teams to gather business requirements and standardize quality processes worldwide. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for inspection processes, supplier quality management, and quality reporting.

Provide functional support, resolve quality management issues, and coordinate enhancements to optimize system performance.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or IT, coupled with over 5 years of hands-on SAP QM experience. Essential expertise includes Inspection Planning, Inspection Lots, Quality Notifications, Quality Certificates, Audit Management, Vendor Quality, Customer Quality, and Calibration integration.

Proven experience in implementing global quality templates is crucial. Preferred skills encompass working within FDA/GxP regulated environments and SAP S/4HANA migration. Experience integrating with PP, MM, WM/EWM, and FICO modules is also advantageous.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization capabilities are expected, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment and experience with Agile or SAP Activate methodologies are highly valued. Occasional travel may be required.
