This role is crucial for implementing a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution integrated with SAP S/4HANA across AMER and EMEA regions. As the Business Analyst for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution across APAC and EMEA, you will lead business analysis efforts. This involves partnering with stakeholders to define requirements, optimize end-to-end processes, and deliver a standardized solution.

Key responsibilities include eliciting requirements, designing processes, validating solutions, supporting integrations, and managing testing. You will produce comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process maps. Support for integration design, testing, and defect management is also vital. Ultimately, you will ensure a business-ready P2P solution that adheres to global standards and project governance.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record in SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation projects. Hands-on experience with implementation and business process design is essential, coupled with strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA P2P processes.

Familiarity with system integrations, particularly SAP SDIS and MuleSoft, is required. Experience with large-scale, global ERP transformation programs is highly valued. You must possess strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation. The ability to produce functional specifications, process documentation, and support SIT/UAT activities is crucial. Familiarity with project delivery methodologies like PMF, Agile, or Waterfall is expected.
